Hitting Clinic
Because space is limited and planning is done in advance, all hitting clinic registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please consider current and playoff schedules before registering.
This 2-hour hockey hitting clinic is designed to teach players how to give and receive body contact safely, confidently, and effectively as they enter the next stage of their development.
Built for 2013-born players preparing for body contact during spring tryouts and the 2026/27 season, and 2012-born players looking for a structured refresher, this clinic focuses on the skills that actually matter—positioning, timing, balance, awareness, and self-protection.
Led by a former NHL-drafted power forward, the instruction goes beyond highlight-reel hits. Players learn how to create space, protect themselves in contact situations, and remain effective in all areas of the ice. With real-world experience—including multiple shoulder injuries and concussions—this clinic places a strong emphasis on durability, confidence, and long-term player development.
